We worked with W Hotels global head of brand and music director to develop a strategy and platform to deeply embed music across the brand and Guests experience.
The 4 years global platform included
“music studio suits” in flagship properties, the “Next up” program supporting up and coming artists and sets of events, festivals and music reward scheme part of the SPG loyalty program.
Music is widely credited for driving W Hotel’s brand position and success and is still today the main passion point for the company.
